The room was clean and comfortable.

They were laying carpet in the hallway. I had to be at a job site early the next morning, so I went to sleep at 8pm. The carpet installers were right outside my door making so much noise that I had to call the front desk. I was told they could not stop until 10pm!! Not happy😡. I was moved to the next floor just so I could sleep. The next morning there was no hot water. I was told they were working on it. I washed up with cold water and left for the job site. Came back after working almost 10 hours and still no hot water!! I cancelled my stay and found a different hotel.

The bed was comfy. The room was decent sized. And there was a nice tv.

The pool was down. Not much of a selction for snacks or drinks all soda was diet.. no milk for the cereal. Poor workmanship on the cabinets and drawers screws seen on the outside and falling apart. The fridge rattled every time it turned on. The outer doors wouldn't unlock with the key card.

I enjoyed the room it was spacious it accommodated my family perfectly. The rooms seemed clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful.

I didn’t enjoy the “queen” bed seemed more like a double. They don’t offer breakfast and the pool was still unavailable. We used this hotel back in February of this year and it wasn’t available then either. With the price it felt over priced without breakfast or a working pool/hot tub. They also use 2 key cards one for the room door and one for the entrance doors from the outside of the building which I felt was an inconvenience because u need to juggle 2 cards instead of just one.
