"Avoid this one like the plague!"

Horrible experience! I have never seen a Marriott property in this type of condition! Peeling paint in the bathroom, shower handle comes off in your hand, bathroom door will not stay shut or open, toilet slow to flush, rust on the basket to store clothes in the closet, did not feel clean.

The hotel room was large with a kichenette, which we didn't use, but added to the openness. Room was pretty comfortable and clean, but a little dated. Recommend that they remodel and refresh the rooms. Breakfast was good, as was service. Location was also excellent with close proximity to restaurants and grocery, and very quick access to downtown Minneapolis and/or nearby lakes.

"Good for the purpose and the price!"

A reasonably good stay. Right on a rapid transit line to downtown MNPLS. Pretty clean rooms, however something in the room may have given me hives (detergent or the lotion provided?). The faucet in the bathroom dripped loudly, and the TV turned on by itself twice during my stay, and the screen was welcoming a different person, making me question whether I was in the right room. A creepy touch! Continental breakfast was basic, but very fresh and clean. And they offered oat milk! A great, and much appreciated addition.

I really enjoyed my stay at Town Place Suites by Marriott in Minneapolis. The front desk clerks were all friendly and amazing. My suite was much nicer than I expected the bed was super comfortable. I look forward to staying here on my next trip to Minneapolis.
