Hotel Villa Taina

I have never had such a terrible experience in my entire life. I paid for my reservation online and I have been asked cash to be able to check in. We did not have any cash, so the guy tried to pressure us into going to the ATM to withdraw cash for him. We spent Bout an hour in the lobby trying to explain them that we had already paid for our reservation, however they never gave us access to our rooms. It was in the middle of the night, they didn’t let us check in so we had to drive to go sleep in the next town. It was a horrible experience and I don’t wish that one up on anybody.

This is a very nice construction super clean and right on the beach on one side and the main drag strip on the other side. Great service and nice rooms we were on the 4th floor and had the terrace and a huge king bed. Breakfast at the beach reataurant was great and served buffet stayle and a la carte. Good value.

If you want a hassle free holiday do not go there! We had to move rooms twice because the AC wasn’t working and everything there is complicated and take ages. The staff doesn’t talk to each other and are not really sure about what they are doing and need to call the manager for everything. I would not stay there or recommend it to I would

This was a great place to stay close and convenient to everything that you would need far as restaurants stores and more importantly the beach. Staff was friendly and was willing to help you out with anything that you need it. The rooms were comfortable and the cleaning service keep the room tidy while you were out. The food was great and so are the drinks at the bar. Great beach atmosphere very clean and safe.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. it was affordable, very clean, rooms were very nice and it was steps away from the beach. I will be staying there next time I visit. I really enjoyed my time there, it was close to a variety of restaurants.

The view from the suite of the ocean, the staff are very friendly, we were on the top floor so a elevator would have been nice, but the bar was nice and prices are good

Charming, with a charming staff. Wendy, point-person extraordinaire, is tireless in his cheerful efforts to make sure guests have a pleasant stay at Villa Taina. Covid has hit hard this usually vibrant, tourist-centered community of local activities, attractions, and especially water sports. Small excursion organizers, hotels, condos, restaurants, bars, cafes and surf schools/rentals are still very much in business, and following every Covid-safety measure, with greatly reduced capacity, they continue offering services in great cheer and spirit.

It was a pleasant stay at Hotel Villa Tania. Customer service was excellent and amneties were great.
