The two cleaning ladies I encountered, were kind and understanding. They tried to help facilitate my issue but could only do so much. (I’m not sure of their names but they work in the mornings on the third floor, two Caucasian ladies.)

EVERYTHING ELSE!! The room upon further inspection and cleaning was extremely dirty. I bought over $130 dollars worth of cleaning products to clean the room. I went to use the microwave and before I can even touch it, a roach crawled out of the cabinets. I thought maybe it was a fluke so i purchased RAID, the bug spray. I sprayed all of the areas and thought that would fix my problem. When I came back from work the next day there was live roaches crawling everywhere. They were in places I couldn’t even imagine, I also took pictures and videos. They were in the shower curtains actively crawling. The cabinets in the kitchenette, they were crawling out of them. They were in the bed and pictures above the bed. I had to buy a mattress cover. I notified the cleaning ladies and the property manager and they said Orkin would come and spray. The day passes and as I’m in the shower trying to get ready for work, someone bangs on my door asking to spray the room, as I am actively in the shower. I tell them that that I’m in the shower, it’s going to be a little before I get out. I’m unsure of what the man said, but he left shortly after. I contacted booking.com several times in order to get a resolution and they said that everything was done on their part and they are waiting for the property to respond to the allegations. I sent several emails with pictures and videos of the roaches and the claims that I was making. They never responded to booking.com and they stopped answering my phone calls. I called both phone numbers posted outside of their front office. Today, July 19, 2024, I contacted the property again and l got an answer. I left my name, phone number, and a brief message with the front desk personnel so that the general manager can contact me or booking.com about this issue. This has been taxing to say the least. This property needs to be removed from booking.
