Staff was very helpful and friendly was a quiet place needed a few up dates

They had roaches everywhere,the staff was rude about it ,they didn't accommodate to any of my need , there kitchen stove was broke and there light was broken off . It was dirt on the walls spider webs .just overall a disappointment

The outside of the property was not well lighted during my first few nights. This was a safety concern.

elevator worked sometimes. and cockroaches by the thousands

Everything was brand new, but, common areas, hallways, stairs and also the elevator, everything was really dirt. I saw a guy make piss outside of his room in the first floor, that was really nasty. The lady in the front desk Kendra, was really kind and gentle.

They put us in a WONDERFUL room this time. It was more up to date and very clean.

NOTHING the air barely even worked!

It was full of roaches. We couldn’t use the WI-FI THAT CAME WITH THE ROOM. Refrigerator did not work, and when we went to report we was told not to come to no door that time of night. People was fighting in the office at the elevator.
