InTown Suites Extended Stay Hattiesburg

As upon arrival our hotel was canceled, we didn’t check in. We was told that they only do weekly and we can’t have a room for just 1 night, so if our card was charged I ask to be refunded

It was great....quiet

Know one night stay by the week only that made me have too find a a motel by job on your part

The room had no towels, or tissue. The hanging rack in the bathroom was leaning against the toilet. The linen on the bed smelled of smoke and looked dirty. The floor had an indentation as you walked to the bathroom. There was writing in the bedroom mirror, so I had to use the mirror in the bathroom. Someone came in the parking lot about 3:20am, with music blasting for 30 minutes. Front desk clerks have their personal visitors in the office during guest check-in. I now understand why the price is so cheap. Poor quality hotel.

Lots of illegal activity at this site. Did not feel daft.

There were bed bugs that tore me alive at this place

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The building was dirty and trash was everywhere. The rooms were not clean. There were cockroaches and red juice spilled on floor in front of fridge and not cleaned. The remotes did not work and the carpet was very dirty. The bed was comfortable and very clean.

There was noone at the desk when trying to check in at 10 pm. Super tired and had to go through the trouble of cancelling my reservation and had to make a new one somewhere else. Office closes at 7 pm. WTH? What kind of business is this? SMH :(

They did NOT have any open rooms, and were no help in finding anywhere else that might have one. Just told me where other motels were located.

They overvooked me. Then wanted to chatge me extra for a different room When checkimg in the 1st room the sent me to was dirty. Once i did get a room the tv would not work there were not pillow cases on the pillows. While watch the tv after there come up there were roaches on the walls. I did not realize that to check out i could just leave the key in the room .i waited until 3 pm when someone showed up to return the key and let them lnow the tv would not turn off
