InTown Suites Extended Stay Hattiesburg

I will never book this hotel again. Expedia should take this hotel out of it’s search process.

Great stay but i could not check out. The office was closed. Never encountered such a thing

I cant think of a single thing i liked about this hotel. I only stayed here because its cheaper than the rest. You get what you pay for!!!!!

The bathroom was dirty when I checked in—hair in the tub. They wouldn’t bring me clean towels after asking several times.

Nice place to stay. Nice location and it fitted my needs at the moment.

Whole place smelled like weed, didn’t get checked in until 9pm sent me to 3 rooms that were occupied by other guests spills all over surfaces that hadn’t been cleaned, half used roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, stains all in the bed and on the mattress, only a thin sheet in and a dirty comforter on the bed, no mattress cover. Didn’t even sleep in the room because it was so dirty. Slept in my car

Very Decent clean room...friendly stsff..Great value for thr price

I reserved my room online and when I got there, they told me they didn’t have any rooms available. I waited in line for like an hour before they told me this. Very bad experience

Made reservation on Expedia, tried to check in hotel. Front desk stated there was no reservations for me. I showed my itinerary, & still no reservations. Front desk stated by there being no up front payment, the room is not garunteed. I stated i reserved it via credit card. It was still not honered. I had to pay $6200 via $49.00 on a first come first serve basis.

they did not have room available. and told me i could go on expedia and order another room cause they only had double bed left and i couldn’t have it cause it was different price. so if i wanted another room i had 8 minutes before they closed to order new room, yet there motle wasn’t listed with any rooms , had to go door to door to find room somewhere else.
