Convenient to where I was going

Had to get front desk for everything I wanted to access. My room had trash under the coach from previous ppl . The window was cracked , a door was broke and there was metal in a outlet that shocked my son slightly.

Great stay for the value

The breakfast was amazing, selections were awesome, the display was done well and the food was great. The staff was friendly, always smiling and always willing to help. They even cleaned our room during our stay while we were out. It was great to come back to a made bed and clean and fresh supplies after being at the hospital all day. The room was nicely decorated and very accessible. The convenience of access to local stores and an easy travel to the hospital downtown for an out of towner.

Being a handicap shower, it could have used a handheld shower head. and the comfy chair could have used a pole lamp to read by.

It was by lots of different restaurants

It was good but i think it would be better if you guys give some fruits as well, and put the napkins on the tables that would make it better for every guest. Put the salt, pepper etc in something on the table too like in one container etc. The staff was kind and helpful.

The breakfast was amazing.

Leaking sprinkler in the pool area, all the chairs were broken in the pool. Booked a totally different room than what we were given. Staff was not willing to offer a solution. Fire alarm went off at 11pm, firefighters threatened to shut down the place for the night because the maintenance man was refusing to come in and reset the alarm. Extremely poor customer service

The front desk person was very kind and extremely accommodating. I am extremely allergic to pet dander. I started having a reaction in the first room.She put me in, so she offered me several other rooms. However, I had the same reaction in these rooms. She could not offer a room guaranteed free of pet dander. She did her very best. In the end, she ended up refunding my stay because I was not able to stay safely.

There are no rooms available for people with pet allergies. I understand that by law.You have to offer rooms to people with service animals. Please consider that people on the other end of the spectrum also need a safe, warm and welcoming place to stay without fearing for their health and safety.
