"My room size was good but the room was so dirty and the towels all looked like they had already been used then just fold"

On the bay and between Corpus and Rockport. Cold AC. Wouldn’t stay longer than a night here but decent price.

There are many families with unsupervised kids living at the motel. The people to each side of us were up until about 4am partying on the patio outside our doorway which kept us awake. They were throwing chairs down the stairway and beer cans onto the parking lot near our car below. Then when their kids woke up about 7am they were running up and down the building patio on the 2nd floor screaming and banging on our windows.

The rooms need to be updated and a deep cleaning badly. It worked to sleep and wash up after a long day at the beach. The part that I really didn’t like was the groups of people that came out tonight to hang out there was even a guy in a cot sleeping in the parking lot, it made my family not feel as safe and I was worried about my fishing stuff in the bed of my truck.
