"Not even an okay stay."

Location

I have stayed that this hotel many many times and have great experiences. But this last time was not even okay stay. Our room wasn’t clean. There was trash in the bathroom when we checked in. Then woke up to a pool of water from the tiny refrigerator. Told the person at the office that morning. Came back from my outdoor activities to a room that wasn’t made up and water still on the floor. Then the last day there went to check out. Dropped off the key. And no thank u have a great day. Nothing. Think maybe I have over stayed at this hotel.

All of the windows in our specific room did not have locks we had to go to the office two separate times to ask for something to lock our windows and even then they were still hesitant until we found one lock and then we went to the office and showed them and then after that they came to the room maybe like 40 minutes later to give us locks for the window
