"The room & beds were very nice… but didn’t meet our thoughts for a handicap bathroom"

Requested a handicap bathroom for my wife and in the notes… technically the bathroom was handicap accessible… but the toilet was a standard 13” with no grab bars to assist… she had to use the sink… also thought we were getting a walkin shower but it was a bathtub with one handicap grab bar

"Stay Away from Hilton Properties!!!!!"

Room was crawling with ants, smelled like cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room. Maintenance sprayed for the ants and I was unable to get another room because they were sold out. This is a stink hole and no one should stay here. Was suppose to stay 2 nights I left at 1:30 pm the next day after work and they refused to refund me for the last stay let alone discount anything. The ants were crawling all over my wife's legs!!!

Everything was very clean, breakfast was really good, and they actually tidy up your room every day of your stay, unlike many other hotels post Covid.
