Despite friendly staff, this place has limited service to offer. No room key for the first day, we had to swap between ourselves to go out. Pool was not available and under construction and we were not notified when booking the room. No TV signal. No dog bowls despite paid pet fee. Breakfast was made from frozen and premade food + high calorie self made waffles etc. staff are all super friendly but place is not great. Should’ve stayed at Hilton’s nearby for the same price

Housekeeping did not clean our room on our first night and we had to call for clean towels. On night 2, 2 , she haphazardly threw the blankets back on the bed and left the sink dirty.
