USRoom was clean. Staff was very friendly and kind. Room was near a side door that allowed us to load and unload easily. Room was nicer than we expected for the price. Things beyond the staff's control (neighbors were loud and dogs barked on Saturday.) were still addressed by staff as best they could. Ongoing noise issue with teens screaming in the hallways was addressed. Dogs barking was less of an issue. We knew this was a pet friendly hotel. Microwave and fridge were functional. Excellent value on the pricing
A few things were worn (the bed frame was missing part of the outside plastic covering, a floor tile was loose, but nothing terrible. Room was still clean and smelled like it was recently cleaned when we arrived. They only provide bar soap in the room (we didnt inquire about extras, but just an fyi for future stays) bring your own body wash/shampoo/etc. Freezer portion of the fridge not cold enough to keep mini icecream frozen but it wasn't a deal breaker for us.

No hot water or remote to the tv. Remote ah okay just an inconvenience but as for hot water we stayed for cheer tryouts… if I’m paying $140+ I definitely expect hot water… I could have stayed in my car for free and went to a rest stop to shower…

Room was so bad with cleaners smell it burnt your eyes. Its cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.
