Location and the accommodations offered.

The hotel is very old and dated. The carpets are dirty & torn in the rooms and in the hallways. The walls could use a paint job. The bathroom toilet could use some repairs (room 201). The kitchen sink constantly drips. The furniture could use some cleaning or replacing. Some curtains are missing the pole to move them. The ironing board cover was filthy dirty.

The staff was very friendly. I left my wallet at the front desk by accident and they called my room to let me know. I know that should be standard, but in this day and age, it is worth mentioning. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was okay. The room was affordable.

The fitness center could use some updating.
