Shame on you booking for sending us to a filthy hotel

Dirty, broken walls, dressers w no drawers, sheets were filthy it was disgusting

Enjoyed having the larger room with full size refrigerator. Having stayed several times in the past few years, the extremely small fridge in the regular rooms just weren't going to work for this trip.

No smoking posted throughout the outside and inside of hotel, yet it smells like cigarettes right at the entrance due to their "smoking" area. And smelled of marijuana inside the hotel. One night I smelled it really badly in my room, coming through the vents. Someone adjacent to me must have been smoking in their room as I was an outer edge room. It gave me and my children headaches. I woke up the next morning and said something to the front desk as we checked out and only got a "sorry, had to have been someone next to you as no one is above or below you". While I appreciate them finally doing renovations to the hotel, keeping things clean would have been appreciative also. Just because something is old doesn't mean, it can't be well taken care of. We enjoy this hotel as it's close to our destination, but unless the renovations improve the state of the hotel for next year, we will not be back.

Your beds had bed bugs and had to fight for a refund.Put a credit card down to hold and pay at property ,well you tried to charge my credit card at 2:15 pm the day of the first night,when I said I would pay in cash when I get there.Your manager was very disrespectful and truly needs a course on people skills.

Location was good and price was affordable. Accommodations were good and staff was nice!

The staff was very nice and did what they could.

The grass was cut poorly and the clippings were left on the sidewalks. The door to our room was broken. The tvs were old and had lines throughout the screens. My one bed didn’t have a top comforter and blanket was dirty. The hallway and staircase smelled so bad of weed too.
