"Good but some changes are questionable"

Great stay as always. A few changes we are not fans of. I appreciate they have snacks in the room but everything now are carbs or sugar. Was nice in the past having mixed nuts for those of us that have to be careful with carb/ sugar intake. No more help yourself continental breakfast. I enjoyed having a small breakfast instead of an order of a menu. They should have an amount of what the included breakfast includes. You can get an omelette, cost $21. But if you order oatmeal $14 and a side of fruit $7, you have to pay for the fruit. Does not make sense.

"Perfect Location - nice grounds"

The proximity to everything in Healdsburg makes this hotel a great place to stay. The Spa was amazing. Skip a wine tasting and spend an hour in the Spa. Totally worth it.

"Sad state of affairs at the Healdsburg Hotel"

A previously lovely hotel suffering from neglect. So many issues... toilet backed up into the tub, room espresso machine doesn't work, no more continental breakfast, bar closed by 10....

"Birthday romantic stay"

We chose the hotel based on location and we were more than pleased. We were celebrating my husbands birthday and wanted a romantic stay. The Japanese bath was perfect and the staff were so great with meeting any needs that we had. They even brought us a little slice of birthday cake.we will definitely be staying there again.

"The place to stay in Healdsburg"

There are other nice places I have stayed at here but this is the only place I will stay at in the future. The room is spacious and beautiful. We got one with a French balcony overlooking the square. This makes it very convenient to the restaurants and bars in town at a short walking distance. It also has a Netspresso machine in the room as coffee on demand is important to me. In addition cookies and chips are complementary. My checking was quick and the attention delightful.
