"Ein komfortables Businesshotel, mit Optimierungspotential in der Gästekommunikation"

Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und komfortabel.

Die Rezeption war am Sa. Abend um 17:45 nicht besetzt, erst als das Hoteltelefon klingelte, kam die Dame! Positiv im Vorfeld wurde ich über die Möglichkeit des E-Ladens informiert. Als ich ankam, habe ich auf einen der 4 E-Ladeplätze vorsorglich geparkt. Es waren 2 unbelegt und 1 Platz war belegt, wurde aber nicht geladen. Beim Check in wiess man mich jedoch daraufhin, dass alle 4 Ladekarten ausgegeben wurden!? Somit könne ich nicht laden und müsse auch den PKW umparken. Abschließend wurde ich nicht informiert, dass die Parkplätze 8 € kosten! Das habe ich dann am frühen Morgen bei meiner Abreise erfahren und nachgezahlt!
