Das Zimmer war recht groß sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein großer, schwenkbarer Flat-TV, eine Couch und ein Sessel an einem kleinen Wohnzimmertisch. Dazu ein Sekretär und stilvolle Lampen. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Matratze hochwertig. Das Bad hat alles, was man braucht, ist hell und modern und hat eine große Dusche. Diese ist fast ganz eben. Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Altstadt. Zum derzeit stattfindenden Weihnachtsmarkt sind es zu Fuß nur fünf Minuten. Die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption sind sehr nett und zugewandt. Ebenso die Crew im Restaurant, welche diesmal zur Höchstform auflaufen musste, denn das Hotel war gut besucht. Trotz der damit verbundenen erhöhten Arbeitsbelastung waren alle Mitarbeitenden aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das hochwertige Frühstücksbüffet wurde stets rechtzeitig aufgefüllt, die Gäste erstklassig bedient. Sie behielten stets die Übersicht. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Job! Das war großartig bei der Vielzahl der Gäste.

Es gibt nichts zu meckern! Kein Abzug in der B-Note.

Toll ist die Nähe zur Stadtmitte. Wir hatten einen Balkon, was sehr angenehm war
