Simple hotel, not 4* overall, nothing to do with the art (is promoted like this). Hospital smell al over the hotel. Not recommended.

Great stay at this hotel. Room was large, modern and clean. Great location and lovely staff.

Over and above service. Well designed and comfortable rooms.

Nice, clean hotel

Good value. Very clean, comfy, quiet. It’s a walk to the center. Not a long one as Graz isn’t that big so it’s a good trade off on distance vs cost. But I like the energy of being closer. Beds comfy, staff is very nice here.

Excellent. The people were very friendly and the art was spectacular.

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful hotel. Staff was excellent and helpful. Hotel was wildly designed with all kinds of art, breakfast was delicious. Pool was great. We rented bikes from the hotel which made our stay in bike-friendly Graz that just easier. We could bike from Hotel to both Schlosses; Eggenberg and the one on the hill in the city. The “Friendly Alien” was two quick bridges up from where we stayed and the food near the hotel was so good. We were sad to leave.

The staff were excellent. They helped organise a local hire car on short notice. And when the hire firm brought the car but no ability to take a card payment the hotel reception staff organised the cash needed for the deposit. They went out of their way to help which saved me running around in the rain to find a cash point. Thank you!!!!

Really nice staff, very helpful, lovely exercise room and swimming pool.

Nice new hotel, clean with all the necessary amenities and more. Walking distance from the old town. Parking available.
