Really nice stay at Augarten Art Hotel. The hotel is very smart and comfortable, and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was really good.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is located in a remote location that take a bit of walking to the main attraction areas.

I was traveling with my daughter, so reserved a room with 2 beds. Much to my (pleasant) surprise, when we checked in it was a 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen and small living room.

I really enjoyed my stay mainly because of the friendly and very helpful staff, who saw to my every need and request. The room was very comfortable and quiet, yet within walking distance to the city centre. It is also convenient for taking the bus to and from the airport. Highly recommended.

We had a nice stay. The rooms are super modern and the views of Graz were stunning! That said, the hotel was about a 15 minute walk from the city proper - while this isn't incredibly far, but the location of the hotel didn't appear to be in the nicest area. Breakfast was great, but it was not complimentary - 15 euros/person, which we found a little expensive.

It was a good stay, however the blinds in the second bedroom were broken resulting in my brother been woken up as soon as the sun came up along with the street lighting coming in. We advised the front desk who sent someone up promptly. Upon viewing the blinds the staff member said he’d be back however we heard nothing further from the staff in relation to this causing another night of troubled sleep for my brother. Otherwise it was a nice apartment, nice area, only let down by the second bedrooms blind’s issue.

Unfortunately our room smelled like smoke and took 24 hours to go away, we left the door open to try and get rid of it. The hotel is suppose to be non smoking so this was disappointing. Air conditioning was nonexistent, tried everything to try and get it to work. It was just outside the center and easy to get into the old city center.

Beautiful modern hotel, close to the city center. Beautiful pool and sauna, which are open 24 hours a day. Very nice room with air conditioner, which was amazing, because it was 99F degrees outside:) The hotel has a parking garage. I would highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

We were looked after so well by Lisa and Thomas even though the app corrupted the booking for our rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone !
