Had a really good stay , all the staff i came across were really pleasant and really helpful 👌

My TV didn't work had to ask twice, but got fixed in the end . The pillows were very lumpy.

"It was basically fine for a practical quick stay but I wouldn’t describe the hotel as relaxing or comfortable."

It was in a good location for us on the University side of the City Centre and practical/functional. The room was quiet and spacious. The breakfast was nice but kind of Premier Inn quality nothing more. The staff though were helpful and friendly.

There was constant loud pop music playing all the time in reception and at breakfast. It just felt like it cheapened the hotel and was unnecessary and unwelcoming especially after a long journey. The shower room was ok but the guest toilets were smelly and dirty. It had the feel of a three star functional hotel, fine for a night but I would not want to stay longer. The view at the front was of a barren waste land awaiting development and there was works being carried out behind. Neither could be avoided to be fair to the hotel but it’s not a great vibe or welcome or nice to come back to.
