Motel 6-Levittown, PA - Bensalem

Nothing at all. Zero zero stars. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and nasty. She has me crying. The place was disgusting and very run down. Never ever will I stay at another Motel 6 again. Absolutely horrible. I have a video of how dirty this place was. I also never received my security deposit back. Very expensive and extremely greedy owners especially the woman who was at the front desk. She should never work with the public.

Just that it was close off the interstate

Rooms where dirty and things falling apart. No smoke detector in room mold on ceiling and wall,bathtub didn't look clean. I've got pictures of our rooms.

Nothing but location Safety/fire violation

The location was the ONLY good thing about this property. It honesty needs shut down, between the fire alarm detectors taken off the wall with no batteries to put it back up till you complain multiple times then when given a battery it started beeping showing it was broken, while not even staying in the bracket in the wall. Our room had water dripping from the ceiling, when informed from desk they wanted us to move our child at 10pm at night to a one bed, room not even fitting all of us. Sucking it up for the night, the manager refuses to speak to us, and booking as a VIP customer didn’t hardly have my back on it. Other things with the hotel was the shower rod was broken in the bathroom (hotel didn’t care), the back of bathroom door was exposed piled wood like paneling. This place is ran down and a huge safety/fire violation.

It was a relatively cheap place to lay our heads for a night the front office staff were as nice as accommodating as she could be

The building overall is rather run down multiple pieces of furniture were damaged or broken

The broken furniture in the room, the dirt in the room the bed that was made out of spring only. The headboard that fell down on my head and they refused to change my room. When I reported the broken broken headboard and that’s the room to be changed they said they were booked up. The parking lot was empty.!!! Then , they kicked my wife out on the street with all our belongings. They took all her food that was in the refrigerator and threw it out. Mind you we’re homeless and that’s our place. We living temporarily we get a permanent place so took all our food threw it out. We just bought it last night. I didn’t take any pictures because I was disgusted.

The first room was terrible the curtain had holes the coverlet had holes the dresser was damaged and looked like it was set on fire then the second room the dresser was damaged and the front door would not shut properly TERRIBLE
