Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war sehr umsichtig und freundlich. Die Nähe zum Holländerviertel war super!

Die Duschvorhänge sind sehr unvorteilhaft in den beengten Bädern. Die Kissen waren nicht sehr bequem.

Die Lage an der Havel ist sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück war sehr ansprechend und lecker. Weil das Zimmer sehr kalt war, bekamen wir vom Personal zusätzliche Decken. Nach unserer Beschwerde bekamen wir am folgenden Tag ein anderes Zimmer.

Unser Zimmer war sehr kalt, denn die Heizung war defekt. Das Zimmer benötigt mal eine Grundreinigung. (Spinnen und Staub)
