"Nie wieder in dieses Hotel"

Die Lage des Hotels

Ein Zimmer zu bekommen hat ca 1 ne Stunde gebraucht. 3 mal bin ich von der 3. Etage zur Rezeption da die Schülerkarte nicht funktionierte.Es funktionierte nur ein Fahrstuhl bei sehr vielen Gästen. Nach langem suchen nach einem Zimmer(Sie bekommenen ein schönes) die Aussage. Für 2 Prs gebucht für 1 nen Gast eingerichtet. Im Badezimmer kein Rasierspiegel, der Abzug defekt, nach einer weiteren Stunde bekamen wir das zweite Bettzeug 😠😤. 2 mal Frühstück gebucht, 3 mal berechnet. Und natürlich wieder an die Rezeption. Das war’s in diesem Hotel !
