Trotzdem das Hotel am Wochenende kaum ausgelastet war, konnte man nicht um 14.00 Uhr einchecken, Personal am Empfang sehr unfreundlich, Wellness mittelmäßig, Sauna alt, Dampfbad riecht unangenehm, Frühstück ist mittelmäßig - das Hotel ist für ein entspanntes Wochenende nicht zu empfehlen

"Schade es ginge besser"

Die Lage

Alles in allem ist das Hotel stark in die Jahre gekommen. Dad Erste Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Nach unserer Beschwerde wurde uns ein deutlich besseres Zimmer angeboten. Das Abendessen war geschmacklich ein absoluter Reinfall. Beim Frühstücken mussten wir dann feststellen das das eingedeckte Besteck nicht sauber war. Genauso schmutzig war das Geschirr beim Büffet. Im Schwimmbad machen die Blumentröge auch keinen besseren Eindruck. Man hat gemerkt das dringend saniert werden muss.Wir konnten Handwerker und auch das Material sehen.

"Das Objekt Hotel befindet sich in einem Renovierungsstau."

Frühstücks Buffett war okay, Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, im Eingangsbereich stand ein Wasserspender mit Zitronenscheiben und Zitronenmelisse, daneben stand eine große Schüssel mit Obst. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze waren reichlich vorhanden, kostenlose Parkplätze waren am Straßenrand begrenzt vorhanden. Boxspringbetten waren 1,60 x 2,00 meter groß, Decken und Kopfkissen okay. Stauraum im Zimmer war alt, aber akzeptabel.

Von 2 Aufzüge war einer kaputt, die Wartedauer auf den Aufzug war unverhältnismäßig hoch, eigentlich müsste sowas schnellstens behoben werden. Eingeschränkte Gastronomie wegen Bauarbeiten. Toilettenbürste auf dem Zimmer war eine Katastrophe, voll von Sch....., haben reklamiert und es hat 2 Tage gedauert, bis nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen wir eine neue Toilettenbürste bekamen. Die Fliesen im Badezimmer waren angeschlagen, es gab keine Dusche, nur eine Duschecke in der Badewanne, es war fast unmöglich, über den hohen Rand der Badewanne zu steigen. Das Hotel liegt außerhalb, man muss schon ein Auto haben, um wegzukommen. Preisleistungsverhältnis des Hotels war gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Gute Erreichbarkeit, gut ausgestattetes Hotel und kostenlose Parkplätze außerhalb des Hotelparkplatzes vorhanden. Freundliches Personal, insbesondere an der Hotelbar. Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück war auch gut. Werde wiederkommen.
