Drury Plaza Hotel Broadview Wichita

Drury Inn's are the BEST. Always find one when available on our travels.

The location was perfect and the most helpful staff.

Everything was great.

The blonde tall gentleman check in attendant stood with me for over an hour trying to deal with my reservation dilemma and he called the customer service line and just was there for me through the whole thing while dealing with "extra" customers.

The people at Drury Inn Wichita were so friendly and hospitable. The experience was superb. Both of our airport shuttle drivers were fantastic and the front desk staff made sure our transport from and to the airport was seamless. Complementary food was great as well. Big fan of Drury Inns!

My sister was in the hospital and needed a place to stay. While they don't give a hospital rate they do have the free kickback and breakfast so makes the price worth it.

This hotel was probably the best kept and cleanest hotel I've ever been in. The maintenence folks were ALWAYS cleaning something but not obtrusively. The staff was just fantastic. Soooooo friendly and the entire stay was so smooth and easy. The food (breakfast and the evening kickback) was absolutely worth the money. It's within walking distance of century II and there's a pretty river walk behind the hotel. We stayed in the top floor and the view was great and the room size was perfect for what we needed. It's seems like it's super fancy but they have a very relaxed vibe. Bed was soft and comfortable. For sure we'll stay again.

Staff were excellent. Great breakfast. Very clean. Security felt safe.

Delivery truck was just barely over enough to get by on the west side.

This hotel does not look like a typical Drury - brick 8 story building with an airy reception and many conference rooms - probably because it was a different city hotel in the past. Parking is $14 daily at the garage across the street. Rooms are rather spartan and bland. Bathroom was large. What stands out are the employees. Everyone seemed happy to work there. Everyone was beyond helpful. Very pleasantly unlike in other chains in similar category.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, very clean and wonderful customer service. Can't speak highly enough about this hotel.
