Room had an overhead light that didn’t turn off. Stafff came to look at it, confirmed it wouldn’t turn off and left without a resolution. Had to sleep all night with the light on. When checking out the next day, I told the front desk about it and she said, yeah, I think we knew about that! No apology, no offer to reduce bill, etc.

When we arrived they demanded a $60 cash deposit. The floor of our shower was broken and crumbling away and the ring around the shower faucet was falling off. The breakfast was pitiful with just a few bagels and white bread and cereal.

Comfort

Breakfast wasn't as good as in the past. Maybe', because it was in the winter and it wasn't busy. I chose the hotel because of the great breakfast I was used too. The eggs and sausage was disappointing.
