"The Cheapest Way To Get Bedbugs"

Avoid this place at all costs. Sure, it looks nice and the price is low—but bring home bed bugs and it’ll be the most expensive “cheap” stay of your life. We checked in, went to dinner, came back, and immediately found bed bugs crawling around as we were getting ready for bed. And the service? Even worse. The front desk couldn’t refund a dime and shoved an email at me instead. It’s been a full week with zero response. Save yourself the headache, the itching, and the exterminator bill—stay literally anywhere else.

Front desk could care less if you are there. No greetings as you come and go, lobby coffee pot is basically a filthy thermos, did have a small amount of coffee but who knows how old it was, breakfast area also filthy, trash can looked like it had never been wiped down making me question the cleanliness of the appliances. I passed. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom needed help, the entire hotel needs a renovation. Wouldn’t stay again.

Plenty of parking. Convenient location. The main ice machine didn’t work on first floor. Only working one on 3rd floor. Only one cart for hotel so none available when needed.

"Exceptional"

This is one of the best hotels of the Wyndham Hotel family. This hotel was booked for my son and I have to say that it is an amazing hotel from the rooms to the staff. Everything is great. Parker, Doris, and the other two front desk staff members really care about their guest and they always make sure they accommodate their guests. Hotel and rooms are kept very clean. It is not easy running an establishment such as this because there are a lot of components that work together in order for a hotel to be a success. This hotel has done an amazing job in all areas. Thank you for your genuine care for your guests and I will always use your hotel. Thank you for taking care of my son as well. I highly recommend this hotel. If I had only two words to describe, I would say "The Best"!!! Cinnamon Lindsay
