"Very comfortable stay"

Room 419 overlooking the canal. Lovely room with light decor and wooden panels to one wall. Really well designed with lots of space: desk, shelf for cases and padded bench along one wall, separate chair and table and a comfy swivel chair by the window. Huge comfy bed, fridge, open wardrobe, iron and board. Bathroom with large good shower and plenty of space for storage. Korres toiletries. WiFi fast and lots of sockets and USBs. Kettle, coffee machine and decent-sized mugs. Two bottles of water in the fridge. Blackout curtains did an excellent job of keeping out any noise and light from outside. Location excellent with lots of restaurants and bars nearby and a short walk into the centre.

The lady who check me in was rude. The rooms are clean. The hotel is having building work done but it wasn't noisy. The hotel is in a good location.

The lady who checked me in was rude andalso made a phone while I was talking to her. I would also say things like please and thank you help.

"I love this hotel!"

It is a beautiful hotel walking distance to the train station. Orkhed (Orchid) at the front desk who was there every day of our stay was simply lovely and fun and always steered us in the right directions! Housekeeping staff was amazing as well! Yuderka (I hope I spelled that right), was very attentive to to make sure our room was clean and welcoming. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
