We has a great experience at AC Hotel Lounge in Birmingham. We were served by Daniel and Abby who made sure we had a memorable experience.! I'll definitely be visiting again cause of they created a hospitable atmosphere!

Location is brilliant for the Utilita, not far to walk to the train station and Bullring. Room was spacious and spotless, shower powerful, bed was comfy and large. Reception & bar staff friendly and helpful.

2nd floor room had slight street noise. That is my only complaint.

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was buffet style Check out time was later than usual. Clean and tidy rooms. Good facilities such as toiletries.

Had to wait for a while for buffet style breakfast to be topped up.
