Very close to bars and restaurants. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

The toilet in the room was not cleaned properly..

It was spotlessly clean with extremely nice staff. Excellent breakfast.

There was a lot of creaking of the building during my second night. Maybe it was windy outside!

"Was ok but expensive"

Good location

The bed was a bit soft. The chairs in reception need replacing as they make a loud noise when you sit down on them. It’s not clear whether you have to pay for the water in the fridge.

"Simple decent place. Nothing fancy, just practical and works. A bit pricey."

Location is really good. Close to the mailbox which is right were many restaurants and shops are. It’s convenient and just works.

Building is a bit old as you would expect. Nothing to not like about the place.

Daniel was amazing. Gave me the best experience 2026. Having grown up in Birmingham this is the best experience I have had in the city centre and Birmingham. Also ,Abby his colleague was welcoming and exceeded my expectations. Definitely will be recommending my friends and will be lodging here when in the city centre . He is a gem and an awesome addition to your organisation. Daniel being so young but exhibiting traits that give hospitality a great meaning of excellence.
