"Not one of our better stays at a Quality Inn. Probably wouldn’t choose this one again. Poor quaility service"

We stayed for 3 nights and paid nearly $500. Not once did they clean our room, take out our trash or offer clean towels. This is a coastal town where people visit the beach and this motel has hardwood floors and the floors were covered with sand just from our shoes and no way to clean it up. At one point we had to slide sideways to get past the maid cart with a dirty broom in our face. Also, this motel is under construction and the workers came in very early and started hammering and banging. We had to step over construction tools to get to our room. The hot water took nearly 10 minutes to get a warm shower.

SOAP PACKETS IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN. SHOWER EXTREMELY HARD TO TURN ON WATER. TV REMOTE WAS A TOY & NO TV GUIDE.

Easy to control room temperature

Missing clothes hook in bathroom. Floors were dirty in the corners. (Not enough to be uncomfortable, just that the cleaning wasn’t thorough.) Beds could have used one more blanket.
