"Did not meet our expectations despite the price paid"

The room was alright, wifi was working well too. but the staffs were very rude. No minibar, no kettle and no tissue papers.. when we asked for a kettle they charged us 5 euros per day. And room cleaning service came in at 9am, pretty ridiculous.

E very thing was great - loved we were able to church in early and got the same room we had before! Super spacious. Only complain was not to trust the vending machines - there is no recourse if does not dispense- ate my money!! And hotel couldn’t do anything about it.

"Good but too out of the way"

On the outside the hôtel needs a refurbisment. Inside it is nice. We had a very large suite with a bathtub, large tv, fridge. Great breakfast. HOWEVER the hôtel is out of the way far from everything in town and it would absolutely need a regular shuttle to centro. I would not recommand because of that!

Beautiful hotel, 7 mins from Plaza de Espana - we had a massive room facing the stadium! All amenities but an iron, which was peculiar. Other than that loved the hotel!!

Room, bed, and bathroom were great. Location bit far from city center. Was staying for two nights, but find the room a little bit cold on the 2nd night. Breakfast was great and have plenty options.
