Eurostars Al-Ándalus Palace

Horrible stay, location is too far from city center. Room’s bed poor quality. Bathroom’s shower design sprays water all over so floor is wet when you want to use facilities. Husband thought bathroom was old and grungy. We received a note for the next day that the hot water would be out of commission @noon for @ 4-5 hrs., so plan ahead…. Really? No shower after a day outing and before dinner plans? Buffet was normal@ €18. Highlight was the housecleaning staff that was very kind and helpful (if you needed something within their abilities to help).

The hotel isn't new, we have to take into account, but I had a really nice sleep there, what I think is the most important thing we are expecting from a hotel. I had a problem with my room, so had to change it. It took me a while, but the problem was sorted out. In overall the personnel is helpful and professional. You can have a breakfast in the main restaurant if you prefer somethings smaller as I do. So, if you get a nice rate, it makes sence to stay here. You can walk to the centre or take a bus. There are a couple of supermarkets in 10 min walking distance.

Great location when visiting Real Betis, hotel was clean and the rooms large, especially the bed. The breakfast great with loads of options, would highly recommend this hotel.

We chose the hotel as part of a package deal for a week's stay to explore Andalusia. Everything about the hotel was very nice. It was clean, up to date, the staff were invariably pleasant and helpful. Our plane arrived a few hours early, and early check-in was no problem. They also have a luggage storage room when the plane leave well past check-out. I recommend the breakfast as included if you have a choice. There is a tour desk in the lobby to make tour reservations. We stayed in a 'junior suite, which is very roomy. In the evenings, I would take a walk in the neighborhood. It is a safe area, with avenues lined with orange trees.

Pretty standard as far as hotels go. My stay was maybe longer than average. I wish the rooms had irons and ironing boards and kettles to make tea. It didn't have these but i went ahead and bought a kettle for my stay.

The hotel was good all round but there were issues with next door noise during the nights, very noise with no consideration for others.

The first room had ants in it. We were moved to a different room of lower quality, without price adjustment, and the heat/AC was broken. Would never recommend staying here.
