"No more than a two star hotel"

Nowhere near a 4* Visited during the power outage across Spain. Reception: The hotel handled it very poorly. Charging people on cards and also to the room. Had duplicate payments. Fighting for a refund for two days and still didn’t want to give it back. Just kept brushing us off constantly. Upon check out we was told it was with head office even though the bank account was shown prior. After putting up a fight they finally refunded. Rooms: Very basic. Upgraded to pool view. No balcony. None existent for tea and coffee making facilities. Fridge not working. Hand soap never filled up nor the body wash. Cleaning wise from the maid very good. Staff speak very little English. Restaurant: Staff are unhappy, little English and clearly don’t want to be there. Variety of food choice is very good. Pool: Good size. Friendly life guard. If you want a pool towel you have to pay a deposit for a towel card. Normally these are given on check in with ya room card at most hotels and no deposit is taken unless the card isn’t returned. Strange. Cocktail Bar: Drinks over priced for what they offer. I think 14 euros for a basic cocktail. Wasn’t the best. However they give you nibbles free of charge. Staff are much friendlier. Location: Just out side the main city with a short bus ride on the number 3 and 34 bus. Few tapas restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy in walking distance. Overall the only plus side to this hotel is that it’s clean. Also the hotel manager that shows his presence and greets you along with keeping you in the loop when the power outage happened. Other than that this hotel is no more than a 2* at best. For this reason I wouldn’t return.

"Excellent Hotel in Beautiful Seville"

We spent a long weekend here in March and had an excellent experience. The room was excellent, the buffet breakfast superb, great location, nice restaurants to dine at night and very friendly and helpful staff. I would hihgly recommend and will be using again. Seville is a beautiful city to visit.
