Eurostars Al-Ándalus Palace

The pool opens so late at 11am. The staff at the restaurants are not attentive, I had to keep asking for stuff over and over. Aside from that, it was a nice hotel.

We were able to get to the hotel at a reasonable price by cabify (best taxi app for Seville) from the airport. Reception staff were polite and helpful, no language difficulties- we do try to speak some Spanish- but their English was far better than our Spanglish. Laura kindly was able to get us onto our room before check in on arrival after finding our room was nearly cleaned and ready. I did pay for a balcony room, which was spacious and looked out over the pool. Very acceptable. I can understand that some mention the bathrooms are a bit outdated- but they are clean and ours was fine to be fair. Daily cleaning was fine, did have to chase up tea/milk top ups a couple of times but was always sorted easily. The breakfast buffet was of a good standard- made to order omelette, plenty of fresh fruit, cheeses, cold meats, sweet pastries and hot options such as sausage/bacon etc. The pool area/garden was nice and spacious. Pool cleaned daily, plenty of sunbeds. Getting on and out of the old town we did mainly with cabify- the hop on hop off bus tour does do a daily pick up from the hotel at 09.30. The staff there helping to book tickets were very helpful. There are places to eat a short walk away. Our only disappointment was the "gym". We do like to use a gym on holiday- and the gym was abysmal. An old style cross trainer (one) and a running machine. Then a station of weights. That's it. Each time we went- all it needed was 2 other people to have beaten us to it (we gave up trying!) Nothing like the website photos. Despite this, we would go back as the overall experience was good. Seville is a most beautiful city, deserving of your visit!

We stayed in the hotel for one night as we had to visit Seville for Justin Timberlake concert, and it seemed to be the best option. - Hotel makes you feel like you are near a huge airport, with people staying there one time ever, and just for one night, - Tight parking, with no clear signs to parking area when you approach the hotel. You have to go around the block approx 1km after this, trying to find it, - Receptionists don't speak English, - Room seemed not to have any windows open for weeks. Terrace is full with bird excrements, and has a view on weird architecture "pools" full with dirt and green algae, - Impossible to understand what's actually offered in terms of room service, no mini bar, - Nearly impossible to navigate inside of the hotel, as there are no signs, it's like a labyrinth with many elevators, - Overall it feels like there is no personel in the hotel and that you are left to yourself, - Restaurant Italica is another topic that could need another review. Prices are OK. Service is by the book. Compliments from the staff are nice. Ambience is OK. Dish presentation is nice. Yet the taste is awful with unexpected ingredient combinations, in some cases containing things not presented in the menu (e.g. gorgonzola cheese in salmon salad), corn flakes in ceviche. Overall it is clearly ingredients from breakfast presented in a nice manner, - The pool/bar area could be considered fine, if it was a harbor hotel somewhere in Algeciras or West Bank, but it does not hold European standards at all, Having said all that, probably, this is a standard for Seville as such, as this hotel doesn't seem to be getting bad grades. We will most likely not visit Seville at all again after this trip. It is a very poorly run hotel.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms spacious, and the staff very courteous. The only downside is the bathrooms, which are a bit dated and not very spacious. The bar works very well. sflawhbhrooms. T The breakfast is worth the effort. Apart from the wide choice of products, everything is very plentiful. The room is very large, and everything is of very good quality. I highly recommend it. Excellent hotel in a good location that makes travel into the city very easy. Good breakfast and nice bars, lovely pool and air conditioned rooms. Staff very friendly and there are local restaurants within walking distance if you don’t want to go into the centre. Highly recommended

We chose to stay here for our trip to seville and it was a good choice. It took us 2buses to get there. Airport to city centre and then onto the hotel but transport was so frequent it wasn't a hassle. The hotel was a lot bigger than expected but from the moment you stepped in to the hotel the place smelled lovely. It was spotlessly clean everywhere. I have to say the staff were absolutely amazing with us throughout the holiday. We requested items or services outside of the normal but each and every time they were granted all the time remaining professional and with a smile. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious each and every morning. The swimming pool was a gift from God himself 😉 the locals thought the water was cold but when you have been out in temperatures of 30°+ all day it was exactly what the body needed. The location might not suit everyone but it's easily accessible from the city centre. We used public transport for the whole holiday and no matter where we went we were always dropped back within a few mins walk of the hotel. The no 34 was the closest to the hotel. Buses were very frequent while we were in seville.

The property is very conveniently located for access to the town and other major landmarks. Breakfast buffet is one of the best that I have had in Seville and the pool side also has an amazing side kitchen and a bar. Very disappointed with the Gym (practically nothing). However the beds are super comfortable and the hotel has a big sit out near the reception. Overall a very decent turnout !

I came from granada. I'm tried from my journey. I came here on the recommendation of my travel agent from Spain. The hotel rooms are nice. I went to bed around 10 pm , but I was disturbed by my sleep because of the very loud noise immunition from the bar area below my room number 1226. It's now 1.30 am and still the noise is going on. I did complain to the reception desk. I did offer to change my room, but I refuse because I have a family I it's hard to move @1.40am in the morning from a hard journey. I'm from South Africa. I'm disappointed with the discipline measure in place at this hotel. There must be time limits in place. cut-off time. I respect others but I also need to be respected. This is not fair to me. I paid my money for my room. I demand my right to have a peaceful night sleep. An urgent reply is needed.
