"This hotel exceeded our expectations."

We arrived very late and despite having been left the relevant codes to get into the hotel, the manager who was on his way home, stayed to make sure we got in OK, which was really nice of him. The next morning he was there again sorting out the breakfasts and manning the reception. Later when we were leaving, he was helping the other staff clean the rooms! A very busy, hardworking man who despite our very poor French, was extremely friendly and helpful.
