J étais à cet hôtel pour un enterrement aux Mureaux, donc pas drôle...pourtant j ai pu m apaiser et me reposer dans cet hôtel. Je remercie Roméo, le monsieur de l accueil sympathique et convivial. Merci beaucoup

The car park is locked at night

When we arrived the hotel was closed despite it being past our check in time, the room was unclean and we found black hairs in the bed and the sink in the bathroom. When trying to have a shower the water was ice cold no matter which way we turned the tap. There were banging doors all night, the TV did not work without a €50 deposit and the beds are incredibly uncomfortable. Would absolutely not recommend

Très bon rapport qualité prix L’hôtel est dans un état impeccable Refait à neuf récemment avec une déco simple épurée et moderne

Our arrival time was 11pm. We had to search to find our passes for the rooms, as instructions wasn’t clear. In the bathroom, tissue roll empty & no replacement was available for that night. No receptionist present until the next morning. 2 adults booked for one room, only 1 towel was given. Pillows are very soft, which caused pain in the neck. Breakfast is subjected for payment but very limited option available. €11 per person is not worth it. We were told that breakfast items weren’t delivered but we were still charged the same price. Staff appears very defensive when such was queried. Check out was at 11am. At 10:28am, there was a knock on our door from staff telling us we have 20 minutes to leave so they can lock up the building.
