Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown

I booked a double queen. I checked in late and had trouble getting through to the staff to let them know. When I arrived I was told that the double queen was gone. They gave me a king suite that had NO windows!

Staff was so friendly and helpful

Davis was awesome! He had to stop a hostile and seemingly violent intruder from entering the building tonight. He is the best security guard I’ve seen in a while. I feel safe with him at the desk.

Outstanding staff! Impressed with everyone we met, Mindy, Lara, Lilly, Tonya, Melinda and Taylor. Each one of them are true assets to the Hilton Company. Thank you for a lovely visit.

Everything about this place was amazing! The view from the room, the central location, the staff were all amazing. Would recommend this place if staying in Indianapolis

The lobby was beautiful

Not much area in bathroom for makeup. I was getting ready to attend a wedding so I really needed space. No menu for room service and restaurant was very very small. No continental breakfast available. Breakfast otherwise would have been too expensive.

The hotel staff was amazing as well

Great location. Staff were wonderful.
