Restaurant was closed. We were hoping to have dinner there.

Eclectic cute decor! Very comfortable bed.

Love the closeness to the University of Georgia. The staff was lovely.

The location is excellent. The staff person on our day of checkout was very kind and helpful.

The staff member at check-in was not friendly at all. The air conditioning did not cool the room effectively. That is the second time we’ve had that experience. And the air-conditioning is very loud.

Property was great for walking all over downtown Athens!

Few minor issues! Wish staff shared info after check-in. Heard from hotel many times (via email/text) before stay, but nothing after arrival. For example, we were told we would get a text to ask housekeeping for things since not regular cleaning, but we never did have a text. Also, we called hotel direct to ask about active military rates when comparing all online (hotel/booking sites) and told did not offer. When we checked at the hotel, they said they did offer government rates. But overall good!

The lobby was cozy and inviting. They had a cute coffee/bakery attached. The rooms are updated and comfortable. Make sure you take a picture of the WiFi password while in the lobby. It was not posted in the room.

The only slightly negative thing would be the parking. The spots and drive through areas are very small!
