Pelican Bay Resort at Lucaya

There were stains on the bed, hidden by the bed skirt. But bed was comfy. There was a foul odor coming from the toilet that then started to come from the shower, maintenance came while we were out to fix it. Restaurant food was delicious. Wish there were microwaves in the rooms.

I Enjoyed my stay staff was very friendly and professional.

The staff were very gracious and accommodating. I would stay here again. The grounds are well maintained, and the area is quiet.

The rooms were huge with a beautiful view, comfy beds, very helpful staff!

Great customer, resort and service.

Rooms are large but the services are terrible. Expect a loong wait in the restaurant - the most chaotic I have ever seen. The breakfast is of awful quality, and whatever there is cannot be found two following days, even little jellys or oatmeal. I will certainly look elsewhere next time

The property is nice stayed there a few years ago. Doors (especially bathroom ) , counter tops and furnitures needs more attention . For the pull out sofa better bedding should be given to guests. The amount of monies spent. Staff all around was excellent. Our stay was great and will return when return to Grand Bahama.
