Pelican Bay Resort at Lucaya

Great Location! Friendly and professional staff. Restaurants, Shops and Bars within a few steps of the hotel. 24 hour security present. Very clean and a vibrant atmosphere. One of the best places to stay in Freeport.

Great hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. The waterfront staterooms are updated and very convenient for a family to stay, with full kitchen. Great location right by Port Lucaya. Best hotel in Freeport.

I like the fact that the hotel is a very short walk to the Lucaya Marketplace and the Flying Fish restaurant is right next to the resort. The staff was friendly and helped me procure a taxi . They have a free shuttle to a nearby resort that is on the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our second time staying at Pelican Bay. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the rooms were well appointed, clean and modern. The property is very walkable with many dining options on property and close by. The location on the water is very serene and photo worthy! Pelican Bay was an excellent stay and provided great value for the money we spent.This would definitely be our first choice again.

Location

The 3 pools onsite at the Pelican are small but nice. The restaurant at the pool was convenient and delicious. The staff is very nice and helpful. You have to take the free ferry (or shuttle) to Taino Beach and this is where you find the fun slide, and swim up cave bar that you see in some of the pictures. We really enjoyed this pool. Would def recommend, especially for a family of five bc the room was big enough and they brought a cot for small fee.

The property was landscape beautifully and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is next to the marketplace for shopping and food
