El internet muy malo y q cierren de 22 a 9.me retiré a las 7 am y por regla hay q dejar la puerta abierta con las llaves dentro. Luego de revisar si está todo en orden te devuelven el depósito (100 dólares)

Great location, room was very clean and smelled great! The room had chairs you could use for beach and lobby had sunblock you could use.

There was no parking on site. I ended up spending 80.00 for one night to get the city permit/ubers, because I did not want to chance losing my parking spot I found a few blocks away. It’s not convenient if you cannot walk far only because of the parking situation . Otherwise the place was great

Location to the beach and broadwalk was amazing! The staff were nice and very helpful.

The location is great proximity to the beach front and the woman I spoke with at the office was very kind. But— I’m beyond disappointed in the landlord special “repairs” that have been made in this room. -The molding along that bathroom door where it meets the floor is rotted -there’s broken tiles in the bathroom -the grout is old -the tv is very small and couldn’t connect to the sever -the holes from where they missed the studs to hang the tv aren’t even filled -the ac unit is moldy -the string for the ceiling light would not pull without holding the fixture still -the blinds are too short The room is NOT as advertised. The photo of the queen studio looked very new and this room clearly hasn’t been updated in a long time. It was not worth the money I paid and I am disappointed that I booked this stay. There’s zero pride from ownership and it shows. He should be ashamed.

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel's management. Due to the sudden passing of my father, I was forced to cancel my trip. I contacted the hotel more than a month in advance to explain the tragic situation, thinking they would show some humanity and common sense, especially since they have plenty of time to resell the room. Instead, they showed they have no heart, flatly denying any refund or flexibility. It is clear that for this establishment, money comes before human values. To anyone looking for a place that treats guests like people and not just credit cards: look elsewhere. They lack empathy and professional ethics.
