"Fantastic Mom & Pop Motel tucked in between towering High Rises!"

The location can't be beat! The Staff, specifically Laura & Ayesha, were sooo friendly & helpful. We loved the size & comfort of this special, small motel!

WiFi barely worked for streaming TV & the coffee pot should be a one cup maker, nt a POT with teeny pods. Wasteful. Other than that though....no complaints.

I loved the location , right next to the beach. No view of the beach but just a few steps away between larger facilities. The staff were so friendly and professional . Very accommodating .

The room had poor lighting, dirty floors . Gross baseboards and floors . I understand that the motel is old but it looked like a boys college dorm. Night tables have ink stains, scratched up with peoples initials and looked like all the furniture was from goodwill. Bathroom so small , I mean really really small.

"Directions and Parking Tips"

If you are a first time visitor to St. Maurice, tell your driver the address is 1000 Surf Road. The Michigan St. address is at the intersection of 2 one way streets and difficult to approach from Michigan St. 1000 Surf Road is just around the corner of the building, east side. DO NOT BRING A CAR. St. Maurice doesn't have a parking lot and parking in Hollywood Beach is very expensive. Use Circuit, Holly-Go, and Uber to get around. The St. Maurice Inn's architectural style, Streamline Modern, was popular in the 1930's, meaning this hotel is nearing 100 years old. Set your expectations accordingly. We stayed in room 6 and were pleased with cleanliness, the spacious bathroom, location, and the helpful and pleasant staff.

"Kind staff and clean!"

Location was right across from beach. Location within steps of restaurants and shops. Very clean. This was our second stay here! Right across from Savor Fest. Sooo convenient.
