"Mellow spot"

Very close to beach. Directly across street from Margaritaville hotel.

A bit of traffic noise. Coffee maker had a short cord and had to be placed on floor to reach outlet.

Location location location EXCELLENT

Very old and dated. Our bathroom light flickered like a disco and reported this issue and not fixed. Toilet ran and chain kept coming off handle. Gross to lift up toilet tank lid to fix

"I would think twice before renting at this motel again."

Very clean and well-located—close to the beach and restaurants.

It is an extremely difficult place to find a parking spot. The motel rate does NOT include parking. The motel offers you a so-called "discount" so that you can go out onto the street and search for a parking space—and if God is on your side, after driving around in circles hundreds of times, you might eventually find a spot several blocks away from the motel at a total cost of $22 per day. You have to pay on a daily basis. If you leave the parking lot for any reason, you will have to search for a new spot all over again when you return. It is a truly exasperating ordeal.
