"Tired Night Layover Made refreshing!"

Was on delayed flight voucher overnight and was assigned here by American Airline. I came late evening and was brought by their airport shuttle service; it was comfortable and quick. The staff there were polite and answered my questions well about local food nearby and their services. My room was nice, comfortable, and clean; my sleep and morning shower refreshing. I had complimentary coffee by the little portable machines and the coffee packs standard to every room. The attendant was very polite and generous in that after I left the hotel and went back to the airport, he gave me a call to let me know that I had left my cell phone and charger in the room; he went above and beyond his duties to get it back to me quickly at the airport via their shuttle driver. All around the board, the experience was wonderful to remember and made my stopover in Philadelphia highly positively impressionable. Well worth your time and experience, don't skip over this place!
