The area isn’t bad alit to do !!!

They are really rude people. I have stayed here many of days but this weekend every had an attitude and wasn’t helpful. They lied about the room being a mess and it was I was for the health department. They need a new management asap to turn it around.

The front desk that checked us in was very pleasant

The room was disgusting. It smelled, it had water leak marks in the bathroom. The shower door was so loud you could hear it open in the hallway. The inside of our door was peeled off, and the peephole was wide open. My husband shoved a napkin through it so no one could see in our room. The floor was sticky and dirty and the beds stunk of mildew. To top it all off, at 2:30 in the morning, a random fire alarm went off, and after we all had to evacuate, we were told it was "just maintenance."

The hotel was very clean, with comfortable beds, & a good breakfast. The location was perfect for our flight out of PHL. We will book there again.

Moldy shower,only cold water and foul smell

Staff was not accommodating. I was traveling due to a power outage at my home. I checked in, but did not go to our room. Our power was restored. When we requested a refund, the staff was VERY rude and did not grant our request. We had to pay for the room, but did not use it. Very disappointing, will not go there again.

Nothing disappointed

I checked in around midnight and was immediately disappointed. The property was dirty. As I enter the foyer you see cracked tiles. My assigned room smelled strongly of smoke, so I returned to the front desk to request a different room. At first, I was told none were available, and only when I mentioned leaving did they suddenly find a room on the 6th floor. The elevator panel was in poor condition—the buttons were loose and looked like they could fall off. The hallway carpet on the way to the room was dirty and clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. Once inside, the bathroom was especially concerning: the toilet was outdated needed to change and there was visible rust and grime in the shower. I didn’t feel comfortable staying and checked out as soon as daylight broke. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Beds were comfy

Based on my Google review. Bathroom shower was filthy...over a dozen hairs were in the shower (walls and door). Floors were filthy....walked bare foot for 5 mins and my feet were black from dirt.

Clean, but it seems the new owners are just milking the hotel for all they can without doing professional upgrades and maintenance repairs.

Shuttle bus service needs improvement. Door makes constant knows as if locks are locking and unlocking constantly. Worn down bus needs to just be replaced. Give exact location for travelers to wait on arrival so they don’t have to wait 3 to 4 hours literally on the ride to the hotel.
