It was clean

I had the worse night I had no TV no Internet and no working phone I told the front desk twice and I was on the 5th floor so I had to keep coming down he said he was sending maintenance never got them I had my boyfriend with me and it was the worse night I had to play my tablet my own Internet after paying to stay somewhere comfortable I called no answer with the manager I need help or my money back it was terrible I called back the same day they gave me nothing no money back another night to stay nothing

I woke up the next day

The hall, my room smelled like weed.. not a fan and I definitely don’t wanna smell like that. The fridge didn’t work my husband is a diabetic and it was a struggle to keep his insulin cold. The room wasn’t the cleanest and there was a cat outside of our door meowing I’m not a cat hater just allergic

bed was nice and comfortable, room was clean, microwave was missing glass plate but other than that was great

Stayed here not by choice after missing a flight, the airline suggested this. The hallways smell like cigarettes (non-smoking motel), the front desk clerk was angry from the start, the room had the feel of a prison, the walls were dirty, there was an exposed wire by the bed, the bathroom door would not close, and the window would not close or latch (7th floor). But the bed was comfy.

I stayed here for 3 night in recent snowstorm. Friendly staff. ample break fastoptions. convenient location.
