"This hotel is not as described"

American Airlines put us here due to weaher cacellation. Its absurd! I will be posting complaint with AA bit also need to let other traveles know....The description indicates a newly renovated...THE ROOMS are NOT. Stayed on 3rd floor. Carpets are stained and odor i cant even describe. The bed was good and presumed clean, however when seeing the condition of the doors, walls, postcard on nightstand that has food on it and clock has cleaning residue...it was concerning.

NOTHING AT ALL

I didn't like the bed its itchy and feeling like something kept pinching me the bathroom was dirty the employees had a nasty attitude and they knock on my door around 9 something talking bout check out is at 11...BUT I knew that already the breakfast was nasty and they kept my deposit 2 different times

The lady at the front desk yesterday (5/20) working around 11 pm was absolutely fantastic! She was super busy because a lot of flights were canceled and everyone was calling for shuttles and lining up at the counter trying to get into their rooms. She handled it amazingly, props to her!! I would've quit if it were me, lol!

Maybe another employee to help her out!

The location

Stains on the bedding, general dirty, bathtub was gross with the faucet pulling away, our door didn't dead bolt, and it took 35 minutes to get hot water. Cockroaches. And I'm all for pet friendly but they let these women have their 2 dogs just running around, no leashes.

I appreciate(d) the staff. Their smiles and professional reception of me was gratifying. I also liked the toiletries in the bathroom. And, last but not least, I enjoyed the breakfast...scrumptous. The kitchen staff (one woman) was quick to help, serve and keep the area clean.
