The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s a clean facility with nice rooms, we enjoyed our stay.

As the only hotel near Mount St Mary’s University, this was a convenient option for a night or two, but it is definitely a last resort. It is expensive for such a low quality hotel. It was clean and functional, but not a place I would choose. I have stayed twice? But only because of necessity and proximity.

Nothing

It's not that there was anything "wrong" with the stay; it was underwhelming at best. The beds were small—barely full-size—and the bedding was thin and outdated. The bathroom was big enough for the toilet, but the shower was no more than a glass-encased closet with a faucet. The pipes made horrible sounds when you flushed the toilet. Not impressed.

This property is very dated. Given that, it seemed not clean.

Replacing roof with lots of banging in the front parking lot, pool inoperable, breakfast had few items

The hotel is being renovated, a large portion of parking was not available. Hallway smells musty and very dark. Pool is closed. Breakfast was sparse. Not worth the $$

My family and I weren't able to check in successfully. Room keys were dysfunctional, door handles to room broken, replacement rooms smelled of mold and mildew. Entire roof was being replaced. Had to drive my family home, trip shortened and ruined.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. I had to request that my room be cleaned. However, once I made the request the manager quickly remedied the situation. Overall, my experience was pleasant.
